These are my first run at hand dipped chocolates using Dove Chocolate Discoveries transfer sheets. They have that “rustic” homemade look. (a.k.a. need more practice making these, wishing they had the “artisan” look vs. “rustic” homemade look). Ahh, but these little “rustic” looking gems are soooo good. The center is made with a dark chocolate ganache. Next go around will be truffles with a Merlot infusion, memories from my wine tasting room days at Clos du Bois winery.
