Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Persian cucumbers, shredded and squeeze out water
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
