Bahamian Sky Juice
While in Nassau we visited the John Watling's Distillery, and purchased a bottle of the Pale Rum. You can use any quality pale rum for your Sky Juice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Pale Rum
- 1 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 6 oz. Coconut Water
- Tropical Garnish I used a Mango Spear, optional
Instructions
- Add rum, condensed milk and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake for a good 10 seconds.
- Pour into a cocktail glass with fresh ice and top with coconut water, stir. Garnish with a mango spear.
